The East Africa We Want:
Collaboratively building East Africa

Details
With the effects from the COVID19 pandemic guaranteed to affect how we live and work, the economic recovery of the region will depend on how quickly we can rebuild our economies and speedy restoration of trade and other linkages.
We want efforts towards resolving any ongoing bottlenecks and learn from this crisis to ensure that the Community is resilient in future times. This is an opportunity for the region to get back on track with a coordinated recovery plan led by a collaborative leadership approach to build The East Africa We Want.
The East Africa We Want initiative is part of the 2021 Resnick Aspen Action Forum collective leadership initiatives for AGLN fellows, being hosted on the new Agora platform.
This initiative will be an ongoing engagement to reach a consensus on action areas where we can develop concrete interventions to share with key stakeholders driving the EAC agenda.
